In general, I would say that this is an easier game than the one that came before it. The levels are rather challenging as you would expect, but I was quite surprised at what an easy time I had with the bosses.
One thing I will say about this game is that it features some of the easiest boss fights in the Mega Man franchise in my opinion. At the character select screen you can highlight Zero and press: DOWN, DOWN, UP (9 times)If you entered the code.
Each character has their upgrades as you would expect and if you have played any of the Mega Man X games before, you will have a real sense of familiarity as you plow your way through this game. The parts system in X6 is fully sane compared to X5s.
You select who you want to play as at the start and you can change in-between levels. I usually do a full X-only and a full Zero-only run on X6 (and then both in the Ultimate Armor/Black Zero, and in all four playthroughs saving all Reploids), and apart from a couple spots where Zero or X absolutely need the Hyper Dash/Speedster/Jumper parts, its not really that bad. B giáp này s giúp ngi anh hùng Zero ca chúng ta tng thêm sc mnh và skill giành chin thng. Nu nhân vt Zero c s hu b giáp Black Zero thì qu là tuyt vi. The face fires a laser which cuts clean through the chests of both X and Zero. The animation may be a tad weird, but it is a feature that is long overdue in this series. Bí quyt ly giáp bí mt trong Game Megaman X5 cho Zero. X starts to pick Zero up, when he hears a voice from a melted skull-like face behind him. The biggest gameplay change here is that Zero and X can now duck.
I am a huge Guns n Roses fan and I can see the influences from them all over this game! I also liked how there were classic Mega Man tracks in here too.
The soundtrack is badass and one area where the game improves upon what Mega Man X4 offered in my opinion. In Mega Man X5, there is a way to receive the Black Zero enhancement without using a code.
